How does it work?
Working with ME is easy.
The first thing we need to do is take a look at your website and find out how it is built and hosted. This process normally takes a few minutes once I have all the server access details such as FTP (don't worry I can explain!).
Once we have established which platform it has been built in (WordPress, Magento etc), I can than let you know whether I can help support the site on an ongoing basis. The site doesn’t need to have been built by me and 9 times out of 10 I will be able to support it.
Once we have agreed the site can be supported by I will simply work out the number of hours you will need on a monthly basis (depending upon your requirements and our suggestions) to keep the site up-to-date and running correctly. I will allocate a proportion of these hours to the ongoing backup and security updates your site may require and then allocate the rest to developing the site.
